What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 case pack (6 pairs) per bundle. Some specialty lines may require a minimum of 12 pairs.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for wholesale orders?
No, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Because wholesale orders involve bulk inventory and specialized freight handling, all orders must be fully paid and confirmed prior to dispatch.
What modes of payment do you accept?
Payments must be made STRICTLY to our official accounts. BDO, BPI, GCash and Cash (Cashier).
Our Sales Agents, Field Representatives and Delivery Staffs are STRICTLY UNAUTHORIZED to receive cash, e-wallet transfers & checks.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
Because bulk goods are sold at wholesale rates, all sales are final unless items are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped.
What should I do if I receive damaged or missing items?
Claims for factory defects, shipping damage, or missing boxes must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Photos of damaged cartons and items are required for processing replacements.
